This was GREAT. Ate it for dinner and had left overs for breakfast the next two days. Even cold it was awsome!

I'm always looking for a new way to make savory plantains. This mojo has great flavor and is so easy to make. It was great on the grilled plantains the first night and great on my tostones (fried plantain chips the next night.

I have to admit that I fried the plantains rather than grill, but I made the mojo exactly as stated. It is very flavorful and delicious. Next time I will tried the plantains grilled.
