OMG! This was fantastic! Like another reviewer, I registered just to review this recipe. I made it for my book club to rave reviews. Everyone especially loved the sauce, which was really good enough to eat on its own. I followed the recipe exactly except used lite coconut milk. However, I did not serve the pork on top of the salad and let my guests decide if they wanted to mix them or not (and add their own sauce as well. Pork was moist and delicious; salad was a great compliment. Will definitely make this again!

Placed over rice this dish is fantastic. I would cut back on the amount of sauce as it is a bit watery. But fabulous taste, simple, elegant, hits on a lot of different parts of the pallet. Big hit in my house!

One of the most delicious meals I've ever had- and definitely the best thing I've ever made! Hits your pallette in so many places... sweet, spicy, tropical; such an exotic dish. Will make again and again- huge crowd pleaser.

Simply outstanding - a superb blend of flavors. Everyone raved about it. It's the tomato salad that absolutely makes this dish. The sauce was spot-on, giving great Thai flavors without toasting your tastebuds. I did drain the tomatoes a few times before mixing the salad to keep it from getting too watery.

This recipe turns out even better than it sounds. The only change I made was that I couldn't find lemongrass, so I substituted half lemon juice for some of the lime juice. The salad is especially suprising, I was worried it would be too acidic or spicy, but it was perfect, especially with the coconut sauce on it to tone everything down. Also, I'm thinking serving it with rice to soak up the extra sauce (as others mentioned, it makes a ton, and maybe use pork chops to speed it up...

If you like thai or tropical flavors, you would really enjoy this dish. I did not get a chance to make the salad, but I did make a jasmine rice on the side with the additional sauce. One recommendation I will make is to use a food processor so you don't spend time chopping everything for the sauce. Thanks Tyler - It was yummy.

Such a fast recipe! Go easy on the dressing, as it could be soupy if you added it all. Needs more heat, which is easily remedied.

I made this recipe twice - once for my father, stepmother and my family and once for our closest friends. Both efforts were met with rave reviews! The second time, for our closest friends, they told me it was the best meal I've ever made for them and I've made A LOT of meals for them! I followed the recipe exactly the first time and substituted lite coconut milk the second time. Both were equally good, so I think you can save a lot of calories by using the lite milk.
