This was a great recepe for breaking in my new BBQ I got for fathers day. I coupld eat the sauce as a soup it was so good!

This was a wonderful flavour. The first time I made this I only had coconut cream handy (for pina coladas! and used it. It was very sweet but flavourful. We loved it.
