I have made the salsa many times and everyone always loves it. I needed a taste of summer in January and was craving fish tacos but couldn't find any mango, so I substituted canned apricot halves. That tastes pretty good too if you're ever in a pinch.

OMGN!!! This was Delish! I put it on top of mixed greens and turned it into a salad. Perfect for spring, summer or random hot days!

This recipe was fantastic! The mango, lime and radish mix perfectly to make a zesty salsa. I did double the amount of shrimp as I was making it as the main course.

This was easily one of the best recipes I've used in a while. The shrimp came out very well and the salsa was tasty. The only thing I'd change next time is the amount of onion I'd use. I had a big red onion which drowned out the other flavors in the salsa. My girlfriend still gave me two thumbs up :-

A wonderful melange of flavors make the salsa way past wonderful, especially when it meets the flavors of the marinated shrimp.. I was very pleasantly surprised and HIGHLY recommend this one.

Unique flavors so fresh unlike the traditional salsas. The shrimp, mangoes and salsa combine for a great refreshing teast. This is fabulous! I will make this again!
