There are a lot of great garlic bread recipes out there but this one is, hands down, the best. Thanks, Tyler!

OMG! This garlis bread was amazing...so buttery and garlicy. Awesome! I am never buying frozen garlic bread again. Since I used chiabata bread, it came out a little too oily but next time maybe I'll use a franch baguette and not put the olive oil over the top. Will definately make again. Thanks Tyler. You never disappoint.

I didn't have fresh spices on hand, so I used the dried versions- was pretty good. 3 things I didn't like:

1- I oversalted it! My fault of course but I kind of wish there would have been measurements for it at least as a guide...

2-Too much butter! I only used half a stick of butter for a full loaf of bread, but I still thought it was too much...too greasy...

3-Too much parsley flavor! It's very strong and over powers the taste of the basil which I prefer.

Overall, I probably would not make this again - but that's becuase I am not big on tons of butter in general(and not too keen on parsley...BUT if you are, I think you will like this dish, just watch the salt! Also remember if you use salted butter, that is probably enough salt for this period, but it all depends on how salty you like things! :

This blows the doors off any store bought garlic bread. Super easy and I usually have everything on hand but the bread itself. I cook for 2 but this is great to make ahead, portion and freeze. It's ready to bake whenever we want it!
