    This is really easy to make but make sure your water is ONLY simmering and not boiling. If it's bowling, you will definitely scramble your eggs. This is soooo much better than those package mixes.

    great recipe...i always have to add a little water to the hollandaise sauce because it does get really thick

    The Hollandaise Sauce came out the creamiest I have ever had and putting a little vinegar in the water when poaching the eggs - perfect!
