    great recipe...i always have to add a little water to the hollandaise sauce because it does get really thick

    The Hollandaise Sauce came out the creamiest I have ever had and putting a little vinegar in the water when poaching the eggs - perfect!

    This is the first time I have made Hollandaise sauce. I couldn't believe how easy it was! It came together like a dream. I loved the lemony sauce over eggs benedict. I had the left over sauce on asparagus. How sinful!
