    portmossy; Cornichons are small whole pickles. Look for them with the other pickles.

    This is the only tartar sauce I've used for the last few years. Very good and simple to make.

    Have not made this yet. What is cornichons? Have not herd the word before. The sauce looks & sounds good.

    Aimee, you do need to refridgerate the capers. And, this is a very good recipe!

    I haven't done this recepi yet, planning on doing tonighte but I just wanst to know if th left over caper do I need to refigrerate after use o I can leave them in the pantry???? Please help. Before a waste a hole jar. I rated good becuase it looks good, promise after I try it I will change my mind.

    easy to make and very enjoyable, the pickles were the best part, it gave the sauce a somewhat sour taste which contrasted very nicely with the fish and potatoes.
