This was so easy and so good. If you make crab cakes, this is even better and much less expensive. I thought 4 minutes on each side would work - It does. This is a real keeper!

Great recipe. My wife loves salmon and I can take it or leave it. But this was undoubtably the best salmon I've ever had.I didn't do the bok choy. I served it on stir fried veggies and bean noodles. Everyone loved it. Good going Tyler

This turned out wonderfully. I will definitely be making this again. Takes a little bit of time but worth every minute of it.

And I don't even like seafood, but my husband had bought salmon and I had to find something to make with it that I would actually eat. This was soooo good! The cakes would be good on their own, but were fabulous with the bok choy and the sauce. Time consuming, but well worth it.

I have made these for people all over the world, fish lovers and non fish lovers. Everyone loves these salmon cakes. It is great to use them in stir fry the next day with leftovers too.
