How many steps to an amazing better then your favorite restaurant meal? With this recipe you can do it all in about 4. Great tasting, simple with hints on buying your meats. Fantastic! Thanks!

There are a lot of recipes out there that sound good, but the end product is just so, so. This isn't one of them! It sounded wonderful, and it is without a doubt one of the best roast's I've ever had. The flavours combined well, and complimented the beef without overpowering it. My guests raved about it and that is always the true test. I'll do this one again to be sure.

this recipe was absolutely delish. Everyone loved the flavor, all I did was lower the salt content so that it's not so salty and this was my first time making a prime rib. Definitly this will be a traditional xmas dinner.

I made this main dish for Christmas Dinner yesterday. It was so easy! I had never made prime rib before, so I was more than nervous about ruining such a wonderful (not to mention expensive peice of meat. The only variation that I had to do was put a little cornstarch into the paste to bind it together a little better (I used minced garlic, the wet kind because I couldn't find real cloves here in our little town. My family, as well as myself, couldn't believe that anything that good could come from my oven...not a restaurant! It was very moist, tender and I can't describe the wonderful flavor except to say that it was perfect, not overpowering, not bland. Don't tell anyone, but my husband said that it was better than his Mother's prime rib! That's the ultimate compliment for a woman wouldn't you think!

Just used this recipe to for holiday guests, and cooking a rib roast for the first time. This is a no-brainer recipe and did add a lot of flavor without detracting from the star of the show, the rib roast itself. I used prepared horseradish for the horseradish sauce instead of fresh and it turned out just fine. This is a keeper.
