Easily one of the best mashed potatoes dishes we've ever had! Paired this dish with a lamb roast and the whole meal was fantastic!

Awesome. The Yukon is a great potato and with sour cream awesome. I did not add horseradish.

We have made this recipe many, many times.
Don't cheat yourself and use regular potatoes, it's worth getting the golden ones..you deserve it;-
I don't like horseradish, so we leave it out, but these are still a family favorite!!
Requested at family gatherings..and my family knows good food when they taste it.
So easy to prep and fun to make.
    Thanks TYLER!!

I made mine creamy but left some chunky ( just like Tyler Florence, if he does not try to lose weight. I have no complaints about the recipe, and all I could say is, " WOW".

So simple and yet has lots of flavor. Try adding bacon bits to accent the flavor even more, or some parmesan cheese. I love tweeking this God's given recipe. You are the man Tyler.

I always whip my potatoes until light and fluffy, but these smashed potatoes were great. We loved the consistency and the horseradish flavor. And so easy to make! Thanks Tyler.

I cut up Yukon Gold potatoes and used those, yummy. The recipe is so easy and tastes fantastic. I served the potatoes with Tyler's steak au poivre and sauted mushrooms (with brady and cream. Thanks to Tyler we had a fantastic dinner.

These would be great for a meatless meal with some green type vegetables, a salad. Have substituted plain yogurt for sour cream with good results. Learn so much with this chef. Thanks much.

I just left the table where my family agreed this was the best stand alone recipe so far. My boys LOVE mashed potatoes so I make them often. They're always good, but the proportion of ingredients in this recipe is perfect. Tonight we grilled steaks and the two went together beautifully. However, when serving comfort foods like country fried steak or fried chicken, both of which I make a gravy for my potatoes, I'll stick to my standard creamy, comforting potatoes w/o horseradish.
