I started with this recipe, used some ideas seen elsewhere on FoodTV and added a couple of touches of my own.
Change 1 (from another FoodTV show: use 1/2 ground sirloin and 1/2 ground chuck (rather than all chuck
Change 2, add a generous splash of Worcestershire sauce (maybe a tablespoon for 2 lbs. of ground beef
I don't bother to grate my own horseradish; the prepared stuff in a jar works just fine.
This is the only way I make burgers these days (occasionally exclude chives if they aren't handy.

The recipe for these burgers is so simple and quick. The burgers were incredibly flavorful and juicy. Both my husband and I will use this recipe many times in the future. Thanks!

this recipe was quite good. it was easy to make and goes great with corn and potatoes on the grill. the hamburgers tasted like we were eating steak.
