This is the best soup I've ever eaten. I couldn't believe I made something that tasted this good. I've used this recipe since I first saw it on Tyler's Ultimate and it turns out perfectly every time. Really miss the show though.

YUM!! My fiance said how good it was many times - this make a ton of soup, so we ate it for three days. I used dried herbs and added them with the onions and veggies later in the cooking process.I used two 15-ounce cans of beans and it was the perfect amount. I doubled the carrots and celery and that was also the perfect amount. I did add a few cups of water in addition to the stock, but it didn't hurt the flavor. I cooked my noodles separately so we could customize the amount per bowl. Mini shells were nice. Lastly, we used 1.2 lbs of sausage because that's the package we bought had, and it was a good amount. This is definitely a KEEPER!! Seriously, make this.

This was soooo good! The herbs infused in the oil really added to the authenticity of it. It's a keeper!

LOVE this. The only modification I make is the type of sausage I use. Purely based on personal preference, I used Sage Sausage. My family loves this and there are rarely any leftovers.

Excellent. I think the servings are off. Mine made 5 quarts, way more than 6 servings. The changes I made were using 2 cloves chopped garlic cooked with the herbs instead of using a whole head in the stock; 1/2 bunch de-stemmed chopped kale instead of the parsley; and cooked my own cannellini beans instead of using canned. All family members declared this one a keeper.

This was outstanding. I have an annual pre-Christmas dinner party for 8 members of my family who are all great cooks. Each year I have a menu from a different nationality. This year was Italian - I held off this selection because we are Italian and cook Italian all the time. Needed something special to go with my Oso Bucco. Big hit.

Huge hit with family and friends! Outstanding flavor, the fresh herbs really make the difference. That and the sausage - sausage makes everything taste better, right? The freshly grated Parmesan melted on the baguettes and floated on top was a clincher. I used slightly fewer beans and slightly more pasta, because that's how I roll ;- Definite keeper for my short list of go-to winter soups! Looking forward to trying another soup recipe from Tyler. Any suggestions?
