Will make again, although, it took a little longer to prepare than I expected.

Not overwhelmingly tomato, like other recipes. Great flavor and very satisfying. My new favorite minestrone recipe. Thanks, Tyler!

Tyler does it once again. I really love this soup, and so does my husband. I've made it twice now and it is definitely at the top of my list of favorite soups. I don't know why any one would buy soup in a can when recipes like this one exist! :- Added bonus, it's totally easy to prepare.

I know I will be making this again. I used rigatoni because I had it on hand, and it was fine, but next time I will find a smaller sized pasta. We ate this three times this week! (We aren't big leftover fans.

Perhaps the best I've ever had, and this comes from a guy with Italian ancestry. The flavors blend beautifully and the preparation is easy. Definitely well worth forwarding to family and friends.

We made this after seeing the episode - so worth it. I didn't have enough chicken broth on hand, so I subbed vegetable broth and it came out great. I used the penne I had in the pantry and Italian Parsley instead of curly. Extremely flavorful. It's a meal on it's own, though we did the Grilled Cheese with it!

So good, left overs are great, easy, what more do you want. I used turkey sausage and it was fantastic.

This recipe is wonderful. Easy to make, tastes great and makes a huge amount. Could easily feed 10 - 12 people.

A hint...you don't need to cook the pasta seperately. I threw my dried pasta in when you put the broth in and simmer it for 15 mins. The pasta cooks to al dente and you don't have an additional pot to wash. Otherwise I wouldn't change a thing.
