This recipe is great. Much better than plain ice cream as we usually have it. And really easy to make too, you just have to work quick so the ice cream doesn't melt. We rolled in a mixture of crushed oreos and M & M's and used snickers ice cream inside!

It was a little hard to get the boulders into the bag cleanly; so you may want to think of a plan to do that more efficantly.

OK, the ice cream part of the recipe is kind of dumb (more like a serving suggestion, but the caramel sauce is great! Don't despair when the caramel clumps after after you add the cream--it will smooth out when you continue stirring.
