I was looking for something lighter and citrus-y, but for winter weather, to go with a coriander lamb chop dish we like, and this fit the bill. Meier5, I didn't see this on TV, but here's how I assembled it: turn out the cake on individual dessert plates, drizzle caramel over the cake, then stab the cake with the thin chunk of tuile. Yummy. My family is salt-sensitive, so I didn't double-pinch the salt, just left it sweet. Aren't blood oranges the best? With the dessert, we drank X-Rated Infusion liqueur that has blood orange and passion fruit infused into vodka. Oh, my!
