I've made this recipe quite a few times, and it's always moist and delicious. We routinely add carrots and parsnips in with the potatoes. Tonight I'll do as another poster suggested and add some broccoli at the end. Thanks Tyler!

Simple flavors and pretty juicy. I'd make again but definitely not something with a "wow" factor. Good nonetheless!

Easy and delicious! I add brussel sprouts or broccoli in for the last 45 minutes to make it a complete 1 pot meal - they come out so nutty and delicious. I think I might throw a little onion in this time based on an earlier post.

I've been vegetarian for 20 years now. Lately I've been craving a roasted chicken. After reading this recipe I might fall off the wagon. If I ever do decide to indulge my craving, it will be with Tyler's herb roasted chicken with new potatoes on a snowy day in front of a roaring fire. Best regards, Tyler - you have a gift.

Easy and great looking straight out of the oven. I tossed the potatoes in oil before putting them in the pan with the chicken as mentioned in an earlier post. I served it as the main dish for New Year's day and everyone loved it. It is definitely one of my regular dishes now.

This is a great recipe! I used a 5lb chicken and tossed the potatoes in olive oil and salt before putting them in the pan beside the chicken. Instead of a regular stainless roaster, I used a 9x13 Emile Henry clay baking dish. Soooo good. The skin was crispy and the potatoes were perfect. Thanks Tyler!
