    I altered this a little as I was making dinner only for two. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts. They still turned out fantastic. Definitely a keeper!

    Because it takes awhile to cook, its not great for our family during the hectic week; but we LOVE it on Sunday when we can all enjoy the scent of garlic and rosemary wafting through the house. The recipe is super easy and tastes great! Nice spin on Chicken! I am thinking of something similar for Thanksgiving?!

    this recipe is fool-proof and flavorfull! I have made it with smaller chickens....just adjust the cooking time. Use a liberal amount of salt and pepper for best results.

    This was great, and my boyfriend really enjoyed it. However, i could taste a bit of the bitter from the garlic that had seeped out. He didn't notice it though. the potatoes turned out wonderful and crispy

    This was so easy to prepare. And it was so good my husband and I gobbled it up so fast there were hardly any leftovers.Really soft, too!!
