Very easy to make. Everyone at the BBQ loved them. I cut the bars into bite sized squares and they were perfect finger food desserts.

These are the best cheese cake bars ever! I've tried many times to make homemade cheese cake and have never been successful! These are the greatest!

Made on several different occasions & it has always turned out AMAZING! Everyone has loved them. Made them & took them into work & they were a huge hit along with serving them on a Sat night dinner party. Very easy to make & I follow the recipe almost word for word & never had any issues with the outcome. The only thing I sometimes change is using reduced fat cream cheese. Definitely reccomend this recipe if you like cheesecake and light fruit...they are sure to be a hit for your friends & family as well.

I made this for my new neighbors and it was a hit. I actually didn't use all of the lemon juice and it still turned out nice and tangy. You could probably even omit the lemon juice if desired, because the zest has a great sweet flavor. As for the blueberries, they are a must. They add a pop of sweetness in each bite!

I have made these several times. They are soooo easy and delicious. I used lowfat graham crackers and lowfat cream cheese the second time I made them and they were just as decadent~

I used fat free cream cheese and smart balance butter and fat free graham crackers. No one noticed and loved them. Everyone asked for the recipe. I used 2 sm lemons and it was perfect.

Made this for an outdoor BBQ and it was the perfect ending to the meal. Very light and refreshing even though it is cheesecake! Followed the recipe to a T and everyone loved it! Not too tart : Thanks Tyler!!!
