This recipe is really fantastic. My daughter is a Swedish meatball fanatic and I have tried many recipes. These meatballs are flavorful and moist. I live in a small town and can never find Ligdonberry jam so I always use cranberry sauce on the side... very good. I couldn't find black current jelly so I just omitted it, otherwise I made it as written. The cucumber side dish really enhanced this meal even more. This will be my go-to recipe from now on. Tyler never disappoints!

I use this recipe for any dish that requires meatballs. I've even made a turkey/chicken version using skim milk or reduced fat half and half, and it's still fantastic! I use the drippings from after the meatballs have baked for my sauce, what's left in the pan after frying never seems to cut it. Big hit all around!

This is SO good. I've made it twice in the last ten days. I used 2lbs beef and 1lb pork, and finished the meatball in my small Nesco. I cldn't find Lingonberry in any of my local stores, but it was still dellicious! Its very easy but it is so good it tasts like it was difficult to prepare. I served with buttered noodles with parsley. This will be one of my regular go to recepies. I recommend using a small scoop to get uniform size balls. TYLER, YOU'RE THE MAN! Thanks!!

This is one of my family's newest favorite recipes. It is very easy to follow, and the end result is superb! The potatoes and pickled cucumbers that were made in the same episode are equally delicious and provide a wonderful combination of flavor and texture.

Great meatballs - but there MUST have been a typo in the list of ingredients. I used 1 Tbs salt and it was almost too salty!

We made for Father's Day dinner and everyone loved the meatballs. Also made the velvety mashed potatoes and pickled cucumbers and red onion side. All very tasty and easy to make.

I have made meatballs from scratch before, but had some given to us that were heat and eat. I wanted a sauce to bring these frozen babies to life and this fit the bill. Not sure where the too sweet comment came from, perhaps a little heavy handed on the jam, I thought the current really brightened up a standard sauce. For salt - sometimes these recipes are using Kosher, less intense salty taste.
