I cooked a london broil that was grass-fed and half the recommended weight at 4" below my broiler flame (on high and it was still raw less than a 1/4 of an inch below the edge when I took it out.

Love the sandwich. I topped with Blanched aspargus and served in my pub. Everyone loved it!

Pretty good, although I don't think It will be added to my regular batch of recipes. But a nice way to spice up standard London Broil.

this was great, i would of used a different type of bread cuz that bread was a bit too crusty i think a hogie roll would work better. the sauce was to die for.

This would have been a home run recipe if I had bought the right cut of meat. I asked my butcher for London Broil just as the recipe said. The meat was very tough and I later read that London Broil is the style of cooking, not the cut of meat. What was probably sold to me was top round instead of flank steak which is what I should have bought. Everything else was fantastic.
