I've been using this recipe for about a year now and just for the puprpose of having the leftovers for lunch the next day. Unfotunatly, there are never any leftovers because everybody eats it all! So good!

I made this mac n cheese for my family for dinner last night and they loved it. The bacon and onion mixture really brings alot of flavor to the dish. Will make this mac for now on.

I've been cooking this recipe now for 2 years since I saw him make it on tv! My family asks me to make it all the time. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend it!

I loved this mac and cheese recipe. I've tried so many over the years but none were as simple or as tasty as this one. It's so creamy and the crispy cheese on top was an added bonus. The first time I made it I added the bacon and onions to the top as Tyler did...and it was wonderful. The second time I actually added them in with the rest of ingredients. I prefer the second method, it adds wonderful flavor.

delicious! I too followed the reviews and doubled the bacon(mmmm and stirred it right into the mixture- I was afraid it would be mushy but not at all. The Thyme infused milk I think is the trick! TYLER great tip!

My whole family(Picky non-mac eaters included LOVED it! I didn't give it 5 stars because clearly tyler isn't doing the dishes- I had 4 messy pans to clean at the end of this. (which would have been worth just half a star but I couldn't do that-But I'll still make this again! YUMMY well worth the mess. And It was easy!

I have been looking for a good Mac and Cheese, and this one was amazing! I like my Mac and Cheese to still be gooey and cheesy after I take it out of the oven, and this one stayed that way. The cheese never clumped! I did make a few changes while cooking this, I choose to throw the onions and garlic in with the cheese mixture, and kept the bacon by itself on the top. It worked out perfect! It's not your traditional Mac and Cheese, but you can already tell that by the indregients required. Delicious!

This was a simple, awesome mac 'n cheese! Nor only does it taste awesome, but its quick to boot. I love the way the white cheddar makes the sauce so silky not to mention the lovely homemade bacon crumblies, onions and garlic just tie all of the flavors together. Thank you so much, Tyler! My husband is sure to ask for this again ;
