    I had been trying different recipes and I admit I bombed last nights dinner. So I made this hoping I could make it up. My kids loved it. It was simple and it ended up being so delicious.

    This has got to be the best mac and cheese I have ever made/tasted. My company also agreed. We didn't find it grainy as a few people had mentioned. The recipe was quite easy to make and I loved the infusion of the garlic and thyme in the milk as it was warming. This is definitely a keeper in my recipe collection.

    sorry, for the $6.50 it cost for just the cheese for this recipe- I won't be in a hurry to make it again. Unfortunately I had high hopes for this one, looked great on the show. And mine looked beautiful as well, my family however, wasn't at all impressed - would rather have had the $1.25 frozen stuff

    I love this, my kids love this, and it is so easy to make. I skip the bacon part and just load it up with cheese.

    Enjoyed by one and all, no left-overs. The bacon, onion sprinkle was really a crowd pleaser! Also made the tomato soup with last of the season tomatoes, it was a true treat and a perfect partner with the sharp cheddar!

    If you want the best mac and cheese try Patty LaBelle's. I think Emril had her on his show. This one lacked flavor.
