I made this recipe for my family at Christmas, and they raved and raved about how tender the turkey breast was. It was unanimously decided I would cook the Christmas turkey from now on. I came out looking like a pro!

This was by far the best turkey I have ever had! The only thing I did differently is that I brined the bird for 12 hours prior to following this recipe. My family and I all agree this is how we will cook our turkey from now on! Excellent!!

This was the first turkey I have ever made. It was very easy and sooooo delicious! My family loved it! By far the best turkey recipe ever. We fought over who was going to get the bacon off the turkey breast-it was so crispy and tasted so good!! I will use this recipe every time I make a turkey!!

I made this recipe for the first time on Christmas Day and what a big hit it was. Even my husband, who is not a big turkey eater, had nothing but good things to say about it. Well done, Tyler. This recipe truly rocks!!!

I love Tyler's recipes & this one did NOT disappoint me. The flavors are just fabulous. My family gobbled (no pun intended this bird up! It's a wonderful variation from the same ol' turkey! LOVED IT!

This is the second year in a row that I have made this recipe and everyone who has had it absolutely loves it. It was not difficult at all. This will be the only way I ever make our turkey again. When you taste it, it will blow you away. Our family can't wait until Christmas to have it again.

I had so many compliments on this Thanksgiving's bird, it may be the way I cook it everytime! I had one "better than my mom's turkey" and apparently that hasn't happened in 15 years, and even had people fighting over the bacon!
