This turkey was the best! All guests commented on how moist and tasty it was. It was a big help to have the ability to watch Tyler prepare it. It made this so much easier! When I removed the foil tent, I also removed the bacon to brown the breast. Wasn't sure if it would brown with bacon on and didn't want to chance it. It was a beauty!

my family and i didn't really like it because it tasted sweet. the kids kept saying it taste like juice and i kept explaining to them it's honey..sorta like ham. i guess it's just a taste preference. didn't try the stuffing cuz i only cooked a turkey breast. injected the maple/water then cooked and basted. i'm sure plenty of peoople will like the flavor. but just not what me n' my family is into. i gave it 4 stars cuz my husband liked it. but me and my 2 kids really weren't that into it.

The first time I cooked with this recipe also happened to be the first time I had ever cooked a turkey period, and I got amazing reviews!!! The meat was still moist and juicy and the color and flavor was perfect! I recommend this recipe to anyone looking for a way to make a simple, gourmet style turkey!!

My first Turkey ever and it was the absolute best. The turkey was so juicy and tender, and the maple surup gave it just the right sweetiness! The bacon was the best part, I'll never make another turkey besides this one because I've already found the best!

The recipe make a flavorful, moist, tender, and mouth watering good roasted turkey. Hands down this makes the "Best Bird" I've ever eaten!! I have pasted the recipe on to several friends who agree. This has become Thankgiving tradition at our home. You simply can't go wrong following this recipe.
