I think I've only hosted 2-3 Thanksgivings in my life so I am certainly not a turkey specialist. This was by far, the juiciest, most flavorful turkey I've made and had! To top it off, it was the best in presentation too. It was a beautiful golden brown like you see in cookbooks. Simple and impressive. My in laws said it was the best too. Thanks, Tyler!

The flavor was very good, but the glaze made the Turkey burn on the top. The Bacon didn't cook all the way for the 20 minutes it called for.

The sage butter on the inside was awesome! It made the stuffing incredible, everyone was fighting over the stuffing that was inside the bird. I did do a Brine first on the Turkey. Another winner from Tyler!!

I've been making turkey every Thanksgiving for 30 years...and this is the best recipe - hands down - I've found in that entire time. Tyler Florence is a master!

When I saw the title of this recipe it sounded good but when I tasted it I was sold! Never will I make the old traditional turkey again.
