This recipe is fantastic - the gravy makes the dish. Don't use it for a huge turkey though because the flavors don't make it all the way through the meat.

I made this turkey with it's corn bread stuffing for my family and in-laws (a risky move but it turned out awesome!!! I was extremely impressed with every part of it!! The flavors of the sage butter, the maple syrup, the stuffing... it was absolutely amazing! I don't think I'll wait 'til next Thanksgiving to try it again!!!

This was the first turkey that I ever made & it was DELICIOUS! My husband kept coming in and smelling it. And the gravy was great! It had a sweetness to it from the maple...yummmmmmy!

The recipe was fairly easy.but my family love it for Thanksgiving so much that they want it for Christmas.
I must say I was the first turkey that I ever made that only lasted 1 day after it came out of the oven-Thank you, Tyler.

I made this "Food 911" maple-roasted turkey for Thanksgiving. It was by far the juisiest, most tasty bird I have tried so far. I was skeptical about the maple syrup baste, but it made superb gravey. While we did not eat the bacon which is wrapped around the breast, it added much in flavor. Leftovers were especially good.

I found this turkey to be easy to follow and cook. I hate turkey and made it just for my boyfriend. This one I actually ate.

I think I will be using this recipe for years and years!
