    I just made this soup for dinner, and my family loved it. I added corn to the soup, and like in the restaurants I added fresh cut tomatoes and sour cream to the top after the soup was put into bowls.

    This was the first new recipe I have tried in years! What a wonderful sucess. With 5 childern and a picky husband, I was nervous. They all loved the soup. It is not overly spicy, and very filling. My husband said I could make it anytime! Thank you!

    I fix this soup at least twice a month. I don't buy canned chicken stock anymore thanks to making this soup and the chicken left makes several meals. Chicken salad and chicken casserole are easy fixes with the extra chicken.
