This was SO delicious! It is such a simple recipe but the flavor is just right. The time spent making the broth was well worth it. In a pinch I suppose you can use store bought broth but I don't think it would be as tasty and rewarding. Awesome recipe, I can't wait to make it again.

This is by far the easiest and tastiest chicken soup!!! I can't believe how delicious it is, but on top of that, I can't believe how easy. I love the layers of the spice, the citrus, the creaminess of the avacado. I WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING. Don't mess with it. It's the simplicity that makes it so delicious.

This is really good! The only different things I did were :
    1. Use veggie stock cubes
    2. Regular corn & black beans
    3. Added that 1 tsp of cumin as mentioned by another person.

I took it easy on the chili powder since we didn't want too spicy. REALLY tasty! So easy & SO good! 07/10

Another fantastic recipe from Tyler Florence. Make these additions to make it EVEN BETTER!

1 tsp cumin (add to pulpy vegetables
1 tsp chili powder (add to pulpy veggies
1/2 can corn (add after about 10 min of simmering
1/2 can black beans (add after about 10 min of simmering

I impressed even myself with this recipe! I used store bought chicken stock which was just fine, and also crumbled store bought tortilla chips instead of frying my own.

This soup was super quick to make and very tasty. I blended it with a hand blender once it was done simmering because I like creamier, blended soups better. My husband doesn't typically eat soup for dinner, but he said he wanted this soup as opposed to a sandwich once he tasted it in the pot!

Added corn and pinto beans for a variety now and then and it's oh so yummy. This one's staying in my family for life!

This recipe is delicious! I am a pretty busy person and had to make some modifications...instead of making my own chicken stock, i used store bought. I also used rotisserie chicken that i hand shredded and added it to the soup...also because tomatoes aren't in season i used canned tomatoes that had peppers mixed in with it. If you also add black beans and mexican corn-it really adds a lot of flavor. The cilantro and lime juice also added so much flavor that made this recipe just perfect. Buy store bought tortilla chips...who has time to fry those up...makes life and cleaning up your kitchen so much easier! Even if you don't have a lot of time you can still modify this recipe. You wont regret making it!
