    I'm rather unfairly rating this recipe without having tried it...but I'm Korean and there are ingredients here that are decidedly not native to the Korean tongue. That's not to say it will be bad, but this is more of a pan-Asian interpretation of a Korean dish (I love Srirachi sauce, but that's Vietnamese...Koreans would use gochujang. Not for the purist.

    I followed the recipe to a T, traveling far and wide to asian groceries and measuring closely. I expected something spicy and flavorful, and it ended up quite bland. For the amount of time I put into it (prep work, making sauces, marinading, it wasn't worth it.
