I have made this several times, virgin and non-virgin and it has always elicited so many rave reviews! This is one of our favorite drinks when entertaining!

If you don't like strong tasting drinks... but want the effects of a strong tasting drink than this mojito is for you. Refreshing, minty, and sweet. Made this for my birthday and plan to make it again and again!

This drink is a true delight! It is no joke, it is not strong nor will it turn your stomach, it is fresh and light and good! I made it everyday for three days straight when I came home from work!

This may be the most delicious thing I've ever injested! I'm not even kidding. I love mojitos as it is, but this just takes the limey-minty goodness to a whole new level! I added a tad more rum to my second batch, but really this drinki is beyond perfect!!!

This is a great variation of the traditional mojito. I tried it as written and found it was good but a little too sweet. I doubled the rum, used raw sugar (turbino which is similar to the raw sugar cane used traditionaly and it turned into awesome. We are huge mojito fans and this is the best we have been able to make at home!

We've been making these all summer long! They are perfect for hot summer days. Cool, minty with a hint of lime. I stopped putting in the lime zest and they are still great. Definately a keeper.
