Although I did use this recipe a bit differently it was wonderful. Tyler Florence, once again pulls it off beautifully.
The rub was a real winner; mildly sweet, very aromatic a great blend of balance and flavor.
I used mine on leftover roasted chicken and just sprinkled it onto the torn chicken.
The couscous lent more body and interest with additional sweet accent and increased mouth feel.
