YUM. The pizza dough came out perfect... restaurant quality. The mushroom topping was absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with the creaminess from the goat cheese.

Since I was only cooking for two, I made up the third raw pizza, wrapped it really well in plastic wrap, and froze it. I let it thaw to room temperature before cooking it a week later. It turned out just as perfect as the first one did!

Alterations: I threw a handful of spinach leaves on top of the pizza before sticking it in the oven & it ended up being a great addition!

Due to no goat cheese on hand - altered pizza topping slightly, used chicken sausage, spinach and pizza (tomatosauce with fontina, colby, cheddar and parm, It was still great!!

I didn't feel like making pizza dough so basically adapted the recipe for whole wheat pasta. The flavor combinations were wonderful and worked well with pasta.

Excellent Pizza, best kept for having company, while I'm certainly not a scrooge, the cheeses alone cost me 22 bucks, never mind the prosciutto and mushrooms. I do like the pizza dough recipe and have used it several times.

This is the only crust recipe we use now. The thin crust really allows the toppings to shine and it's very easy to work with. My favorite recipe box is filled with Tyler's recipes!

I was so looking forward to this pizza. Unfortunately I felt it lacked in flavor. The mushroom mixture actually tastes great, but when on the pizza, it becomes a bit bland. I tried adding pesto to the pizza but it still seemed like it was missing something.

This was the best pizza I've ever had! The cheeses make this dish!
