When this episode of Food 911 aired [many, many years ago] I went out and bought a panini press specifically to make this recipe. I've made it quite often since then, and I can't get enough of it! It is so so so good! The mushrooms and the goat cheese go so well together. It tastes good even if you decide to leave out the truffle oil.

The distinct ingredients makes this panini soo delicious. I added prosciutto slices which added another level of flavor and color.

This panini is a great melding of flavors. Everything in it is so rich and earthy. The mushrooms and goat cheese are so creamy and the truffle oil is divine! Great recipe!
