Very easy to make. My friends and family LOVE these cookies. The dough freezes well. Great to have on hand when unexpected guests drop in.

Great recipe - hard to roll into ball so I just dropped by teaspoon onto baking sheet.

These cookies did turn out to be rather cakey but really good. I followed the directions about rolling them into 1/4 cup size balls, but I think that is a little too big. It made it so that the cookies turned out puffy and thick. I suggest that you should make the balls slightly smaller, and flatten them out with the palm of your hand, because they do not spead during cooking. Other than them being puffy, they have a really great taste, and I highly suggest making them.

I never make good soft cookies they always are flat and hard. These cookies were fat and so good my kids actually ate them and were shoked when I made them.
