I was looking for an interesting alternative to cole slaw, so I found this recipe and only use it for the fennel salad. It is very tasty and easy to make - you can use capers instead of green olives, too.

We just made the steak and paprika butter part of this recipe and it was wonderful! The roasted garlic was the star and anchovies gave it an interesting, salty flavor. I'll definitely make it again.

This recipe is very easy yet turns out elegant and delicious. The paprika butter is addicitive. It could easily be used for other grilled meats. The grilled fennel salad is good warm or cold. The acidity of the olives are a perfect foil for the sweetness of the fennel. This looks and tastes good enough for a party but is simple enough for an everyday meal. The recipe is well written and bomb-proof as all of Tyler Florence's recipes are. I have his cookbook and his recipes always turn out well.

I love steak and this steak was excellent. The butter was fine but luckily I served it on the side and nobody used it. The steaks has been marinated and flavored so well nobody wanted to cover it with the butter. If you like steak butter, you'll like this but if not, it's not going to change your mind.

The rosemary and thyme gave the steak a great flavor! The butter made it the best steak I have ever made for myself! Don't be afraid of the anchovies, you can't tast them! I only tried the steak and the butter recipe and they were both great!

I don't even like steak and I found myself eating this with pleasure! I made this for a picnic dinner under the stars and it was a beautiful presentation!

I made this for my family, however I prepared the butter and used it on grilled filet mignon. It was awesome! Everyone said it was the best steak they have ever had.
