This recipe was delicious. I made it for Christmas morning and it was a hit. I would make it again.

I made this on Super Bowl night and even for my age it was easy. My parents and I all had them with ginger ale, and it was delicious. Everyone loved it. No changes could be made. :

What a great twist to the classic mimosa. Everybody absolutely loved these, from my uncles, to my mom, to my boyfriend. The kids used the misture with their sparkling cider. Yummy!

served them for brunch -- they were excellent. But I suggest mixing the orange mixture and the champagne a little so that the flavors meld better.

I used a mini-ice cream scoop which worked well, but I can't emphasize enough to pour the champagne sloooowly (and keep a towel handy. This was a big hit at Easter brunch last year.

What a wonderful twist on the traditional mimosa! I served these on Christmas morning, and they were a big hit! I plan to make them for my New Year's Eve party too. Thanks Tyler!
