I made these scones this morning and they were delicious tasting and beautiful to look at. The scones were easy because I didn't have to roll them out, but just drop by heaping spoonfulls--so no mess, just one dirty bowl!
I used fatfree buttermilk to lower the fat/calories and I didn't miss it at all. The scones were full of flavor, moist, and yummy. My fiance who does not share my sweet tooth had to stop at 2 scones and he wanted another one! Great breakfast treat for everyone. I used the lemon glaze from Tyler Florence's other scone recipe and it put a special touch on the scones. I almost skipped the glaze, but I took other raters' advice and I am glad I did. I will definitely make these again.

These scones are not only delicious, but easy to make. They're not hard, like scones I have before, but soft and chewy.

These were wonderfully easy to make and just delicious. I used lemon in place of orange and they were just great. I froze some of the best New Jersey blueberries over the summer and it is such a treat to have them when they are out of season. My grandsons loved these muffins. They helped make them and were very proud of the outcome. Thanks for so many wonderful recipes.

This is easy and good, but I didn't care for anything on top of my scones.

I had to make scones for a Scottish Highland event and I found several recipes that all sounded terrible. Anyhoooo, I stopped at my MIL's house and she had Food 911 on and Tyler was making these. They looked great, I made them and they were wonderful! All my pseudo-Scots loved them!

I have used a scone recipe from "Cook's Illustrated" for years. They are very good, but this recipe produced a great flavor and texture and I will be switching recipes! The glaze really adds to the flavor of the scone, but doesn't really hold up well for too long.

Scones are one of my favorite things to make and eat. These were delicious and everyone who tried it thought it was great too!
