These came out so good. I will definitely make these again. This is the only way i'll make fries from now on.

these oven fries were fantastic! crispy outside and soft on the inside. The key is heating up the pan in the oven for a few minutes before cooking as he mentions in the recipe. Also, I used a higher oven temp (460 and cooked on the bottom rack. I ended up turning mine a couple of times and total cook time was about 45 min for me. They got nice and golden brown - perfect!

Very good, slightly on the oily side. I should have tossed the fries with less than the 1/4 cup called for, reserved some of that amount for the hot sheet pan, like on the actual episode. I wish he had written that into the recipe, since I forgot that tip and only remembered after making it. Next time will heat sheet pan, then add layer of olive oil to hot pan, then coat fries with what remains. Only sprinkled salt on top of fries, didn't use cheese. Wanted to just test how good the fries came out- was very pleased. Will definitely make again. Thanks Tyler for soft and crunchy wedge fries.

Made these last night for my adult children. What a hit! The salt and parmesan cheese make the simple potato a treat. I served them with chicken tenderloin sandwiches for a quick and easy supper.

What a great, simple recipe! The addition of parmesan was a huge crowd-pleaser. I added a little fresh ground pepper.

These were so yummy! They had the perfect amount of crunch and tasted so, so, so good. This recipe is about as perfect as perfect gets with oven fries.

These fries were great. Simple, easy, delicious. Great when you have that last one or 2 potatoes hangin around. I did use some of my own seasons but just goes to show the versatility of the recipe. You can change the flavor up however you want. You get more bang for your buck that way.
