This simple recipe makes the best oven fries I've ever made. It takes about as long to bake as store-bought fries, and is superior in flavor and texture. Mmmmm.

This was a very easy way to make fries and the potato was so lite and fluffy inside that I was very impressed the first time I tried this and have done it five times since then. The only I would change is how you represent the recipe on the air, or certain steps. There is one step shown by Tyler on the show isn't mentioned in the book or on the recipe. That is to all some olive oil to the hot cookie sheet then add the potatoes.

These are really good. They're better if you keep them in the oven for around 35 minutes and they get browner on the top. Tasty snack!

I doubled this recipe when I made them as 8 fries from one potato didn't sound like much, but with the burger bar burger you don't need anything else as you'll be filled up. These fries are huge, easy to make, and very tasty. The cheese is a bit pricey, but has a unique taste and you don't need very much to give it a great taste. I'll find a lot more uses for this cheese also.
