These are easy and delicious! Preheating the pan really works, the fries didn't stick. I also sprinkled some fresh chives over them and served with sour cream. Yum...

What's not mentioned in this recipe is how TyFlo preheated the oil too. At least that's what I remembered. They were good and an easy way to dress up oven fries. 4 stars is because in the episode he said they wouldn't stick and I checked them at 10 minutes in and the stuck to the pan.

This recipe was so simple but so tasty. A cut above the rest just like most of Tyler's Recipes.

I've made these a couple times and everyone loves them. When I made them for a family gathering a cut some thinner than others so people who liked them crispy could have the thin pieces and those who liked them softer could have the thick pieces.

I made these fries for my husband and I. They were awesome. I had to cook them longer than the recipe, but that could be my oven. This will satisfy even your most finicky person in the house. It did mine!!

Oven fries were great, best ever. Tyler put the pan to heat in the oven for a few minutes prior to adding the potatoes. This worked really really well....mine came out looking just like his. My guests raved & raved about the wonderful flavors and the presentation.

On the show, Tyler states the oven temp should be 450 degrees, but the recipe calls for a 425 degree oven. I followed the recipe and for the first 20 minutes I baked at 425 degrees, but when I turned them over, they weren't browing very well. So then I turned the heat up to 450 degrees for the last 10 minutes and they browned wonderfully. The flavor was good but they had soaked up a lot of the oil, which made them greasy and not crispy, which was disappointing. I think had I 'roasted' them at the 450 degree heat as Tyler said on the show, I would have been very pleased.
