Its simple and easy and its the best corn I've ever had. I didn't even like corn too much before I used this recipe. Now... Im tempted to eat corn with every meal! I used Super Sweet corn on the cob and it was deee-licious. A+

Ok, so I had never cooked corn on the cob. Let me say, this is only way I will cook it from now on. And I think it is probably the easiest recipe I've ever had to follow. very nice...

I had family party and we served 27 ears of corn which all fit in the oven at the same time. Everyone raved. This is so easy and tastes so great. I will never make corn any other way. I share this recipe each time I buy corn.

This is the easeist recipe for corn on the cob, no boiling giant pot of water, just throw it in the oven and forget it. But best of all it give the corn a nice roasted flavor, unlike steaming, boiling or micowaving. The only other way I will cook corn on the cob beside this from now on will be on the grill.
