    I thought the pork itself came out great however the BBQ sauce recipe had much too much mustard and vinegar. Glad to tasted it before pouring it over the pork. I ended up adding my own BBQ sauce.

    The pork rub ~ fantastic. It only took me 4 hours to cook the actually pork and I was cooking 12 pounds. The pork needs to be rotated once or twice as well. The bbq sauce had entirely too much vinegar and needed to simmer for at least an hour. I cut the amount of vinegar in half, added a bit of worchestershire, and a can of beer. Delish!

    Tried this out for our Super Bowl party and it was a big hit. Co-worked also made it and was thrilled with it. Easy to make, and the sauce is tremendous.

    Waaaay too much vinegar. And, a little heavy on the cayenne. Had to adjust sauce by adding more ketchup, brown sugar and smoke sauce.
