Although it turned out great, I would say that I prefer the traditional stuffing over this, and I really missed the dark meat! Its a great idea though for those smaller get togethers.

The stuffing completely makes this dish! Works great with chicken too!

I am not a meat-eater but made this for my family Christmas dinner also and was impressed with how tasty and moist the turkey was. I also noticed I had to increase my cooking time in order to obtain a cooked interior. I simply covered the breasts with aluminum foil to prevent over cooking on the outside. The dressing/stuffing was very tasty and simple to make. I did not try the gravy and after reading bad reviews about cranberry sauce, I only cooked turkey breast and stuffing.

I made this for the first time for our family Christmas Dinner, and please appreciate that our family consists of five adults, and seven children under the age of seven. Consequently, not everyone ate a piping hot meal. However these were two of the comments I remember. 'Ma, you out did yourself this time', and 'Mum, this is good cold, it must have been really good hot', and even my non-vegetable eating son-in-law requested seconds on the stuffing. All in all, a great success, and highly recommended for any easy, tasty, succulent dish.

While this was delicious and beautiful, I had a very hard time getting the interior to cook all the way without overcooking the exterior. Does anyone have any tips to solve this problem? I would like to take another chance with this and cook it for Christmas dinner again. I just need to know how to cook it so it is cooked through. Thanks!

My son made this for our mini Thanksgiving meal along with the Carmel Apple Pie. Both were wonderful. I'm not usually a fan of cornbread stuffing but this was really tasty and moist. Ohhhhhh, The Pie was out of this world as well!!

Next time, I'd like to add small crumbles of hot Italian Sausage in the Cornbread/Leek Stuffing.
The mashed potatos were the best ever!

It was just my husband and I this year for Thanksgiving so it was a debate to make a whole turkey or try Tyler's stuffed breasts. So glad I did, even though my hubby is a dark meat fan, he loved this. It was so moist and flavorful. The stuffing was a little sweet for my taste, but I am sure that it was the cornbread muffins I purchased. Great flavors, fast, and yummy. Tyler never lets me down!

Did this entire menu for Thanksgiving..Followed everything exactly, and will admit that Turkey took a little longer than 25 minutes in recipe, (but very large turkey breasts. Had 12 people , used 3 large breasts and had 1 leftover. This was by far, the best Thanksgiving recipe ever, (and I have done the Thanksgiving dinner every year for 34 years! Everyone raved, and the presentation was gorgeous !! Not to mention, KILLER mashed potatoes! Thanks Tyler for setting a new family tradition that we will definately prepare again.
