As usual i was tired of my M I L dry turkey and tasteless Gravy and no mash potato, So my wife and I decided to try Tylor`s turkey ( she helped with the string part...LOL which I saw on food net work it was the greatest according to my wife , Afterward I even took all the roasted veggies, smoked wings from the Gravy and the Turkey breast bone and made a Lentil soup with it and best of all it has smokey flavor before adding the dry lentil , I removed all the bones and leftover veggies .

This was the first year at Thanksgiving for just my wife and I of 33 years, so the traditional Huge meal was out of the question. I saw the episode and thought this should work for us. We prepared the whole meal and let me tell you, it was perfect! A deboned turkey breast was not available nor was the smoked wing. I found a 6 1/2 lb. breast and deboned it myself, and threw a package of2 turkey wings on the grill. The meal was abosultely delicious! Turkey was moist, gravy excellent, cranberries were a good contrast and all quick and easy. I can't say enough about these recipe's and how it helped make our Thanksgiving dinner a new tradition! Thank You Tyler!

It was only my son and I so I thought this would be perfect. And it was. My son said it was the best Thanksgiving meal he has ever had. I love all the recipes of Tylers that I have tried. I cant wait to try more. Thanks Tyler:

It's the day after Thanksgiving and I am preparing dinner for my family of four.
I recently watched Tyler's show and thought I can make this. Well this dinner turned out to be better than the traditional thanksgiving dinner we had at a friends house on Thanksgiving. Everything was perfect. The turkey breast, was moist and tender. The stuffing to which I added turkey sausage was flavorful and delecious.
    Thanks Tyler

I saw Tyler cooking this recipe a few days before Thanksgiving and thought how perfect this would be since my mother and I would be alone for Thanksgiving. Where I live you can't find a deboned turkey breast nor are butchers avialable, so I deboned it myself. This was the best turkey recipe I've had. Even my mother, who is not a bird eater enjoyed it immensly. The cooking time was longer, but I think the breas I purchased was bigger. The stuffing was awesome and different from anything I've ever made. It was juicier than any full bird I've had so I don't understand the comment that it was not. In fact, I used less stock in my dressing that what was called for since the cornbread was already quite moist.
I appareciate that it was so easy to follow and the results were like Tyler's!!

One question to everybody...did you use cornbread or cornbread stuffing that is dry and found in a bag or box? I only saw half the show and couldn't tell what Tyler was using. I tried actual cornbread that I broke into piece, because that's what I thought he used.

Another recipe that looks great but is not. The breast meat cooks up dry and isn't helped by the dressing, which has precious little fat. Maybe sausage would help but I'm not trying it again.

Coming from an Italian family, we don't get too excited about Turkey. Have to have stuffed artichokes and Ravioli or other pasta dish, and then the Turkey. After watching Tyler put together his ultimate and stress-free Thanksgiving dinner I decided to try it this year. Well, what a hit! Everyone loved it and commented that it was the best turkey they ever had. It was so easy to make yet a beautiful presentation and delicious and so moist. and flavorful The stuffing (I love Leek was absolutely delicious. I also made the gravy which was fabulous. And what a pleasure to nix the mess and drama by making it the night before.

Thanks Tyler! Awesome recipes. I've been instructed that this be our family's ultimate and traditional Thanksgiving Turkey entree going forward.

I dislike dark meat and don't need a whole turkey for 2 people. I saw this while channel surfing and thought it was my answer. I used my own cornbread stuffing, and didn't really believe it was only an hour from start to finish. Tyler always manages to come up with a new twist on an old idea.

I deboned a 3# breast - it was quite a bit thicker, so it didn't roll, but tri-folded nicely. Best, juciest turkey I ever had.

I made this dish for my small family of three. It was excellent and we'll have enough leftovers for the next few days. I de-boned the breasts myself and used the bones for the gravy in lieu of the smoked turkey wing. Was very tasty. And, the cornbread and leek stuffing was super easy and well worth the minimal effort.

I highly recommend this recipe as a nice alternative to the traditional Thanksgiving dinner.
