    We just finished eating, and my husband and I both very much enjoyed this recipe. The turkey breast was very tender and moist, and the stuffing was wonderful.

    As to Leslie's comments, if you do not like olive oil simply substitute with more butter. As for me the amount of butter and olive oil was perfect, enough butter for the flavor and enough olive oil to lessen the unhealthy elements of the butter. Further, your comments were very hostile. It is after all, only a recipe.

    I think Leslie is secretly Alexandra Guarnaschelli trying to promote her new show ;

    I made this entire meal last night for my family. I think that is the best turkey I have ever had! It was so moist and the stuffing was great. My kids 4,5, & 7 said it was the best turkey ever!

    I watched the episode on TV this evening, and this is perfect for the butterflied turkey breast that I'd already decided on ( and ordered - free range of course- this afternoon.
    My family likes to keep it small, light and simple yet elegant, and putting the stuffing inside the breast then slicing off medallions is perfect.
    Instead of the leek stuffing, which sounds wonderful ( another time perhaps I'm doing a chestnut and sausage stuffing.
    I'll let you know how it turns out on my blog, where you can view my entire Thanksgiving menu:

    I saw Tyler's episode and it looked exceptional on his show, however it would be helpful to know the weight of the turkeys to use as a "guide".

    What a delight this was for a beautiful presentation and full of flavor! I wanted to try it before Thanksgiving and we weren't disappointed....will be making again. It is a more sophisticated way to present a turkey breast if you do it like Tyler did on the show which we loved. Leslie, it surprises me that you seem so angry. Tyler is a wonderful chef and full of passion for creating fantastic dishes. The gravy and mashed potatoes were delicious.

    Leslie, a recipe is really a GUIDE.. unless you can't think for yourself. If you don't like all the olive oil, don't USE it. I also think he's a tad heavy-handed with it, but his principles are really good and overall this creation sounds delicious. I'm trying it with my own variations for Tgiving this year as there will be only three of us, and this seems just right.
