This recipe is so easy to prepare. The meal is full of wonderful favors with all the combination of seafood and meats. Thank you Tyler for showing us the ease of cooking a delicious Paella.

We made this for a group of friends and they were fighting over the last bits. We switched the lobster for mussels and shrimp.

I have made this dish several times for as many as 10 people. Not only is this dish easy to make, but it's the talk of the dinner party.
I have doubled and even tripled the recipe, and it still comes out fantastic.
I bought 2 paella pans. One for small dinner parties and one very large pan for the crowds.
I've been asked to make it for Thanksgivibg this year.

This is my all time favorite dish. I make Paella on a monthly basis. I always add a lot more seafood but this is a really quick one if you're craving Paella! Really good!!!

I loved this recipe, my husband was skeptical because he does'nt like rice but he luved it. I changed the recipe a little by adding some other fresh and dry ingredients. I have had pealla dry to spicy no flavor, this recipe rocks.

Is it possible that this recipe should use two cups of water instead of three?? There was way to much liquic in my pan at the end of the cooking time. My end result was greesy as well. Am I spoiled by Mexican Sopa de Arroze or is Paella susposed to be this way???
