i've made this recipe before for myself and always loved it, but last night i decided to try it out on my family. they LOVED it! even my brother (who i was hesitant to tell that it had rosemary in it came back for seconds. this one is definitely a keeper. it's great with some roasted asparagus and rosemary potatoes. mmmm!

LOVED THIS ECIPE.... for the sauce.... i didn't add the water.....reduced for 5 miins ..... and I added a splash of heavy cream right after i took off the burner.... and def doesn't need a 1/2 lemon.... could do with just a splash

I made this dish for dinner tonight for me and my hubby and it was delicious!!!!! I doubled the chicken and the mushrooms for 2 people. The only difference that I made was I used red onion instead of the shallots because they didn't have it at the store I went to today. Even with that tiny variation the dish still came out GREAT!! Thanks Tyler!!!

Excellent recipe and so simple to maske. I didn't have mushrooms on hand, so substituted red bell peppers. My husband loved it!

I doubled this recipe and added carrots. I didn't have any lemon juice, so I omitted it. It was still quite good. I also added some butter to the sauce in the end just to make it al little richer (and less healthy. The chicken was very moist and it was easy to make.

Ohh my gawd, this chicken is AMAZING! I used a bone-in skin-on chicken breast. I threw in fingerling potatoes, baby carrots, used baby bella mushrooms, three cloves of garlic, red onion, and a couple florets of cauliflower for a great meal for one! I used a bit of white wine to deglaze the pan, then added the chicken broth and lemon juice. I also added fresh thyme. YUM YUM YUM. I think I'll be watching Tyler lots more! Here's a pic:

The chicken was moist and flavorful.. the lemon sauce was my favorite! It complemented everything on the plate... the mushrooms were really tasty too. Definitely will make this again!
