Made this for dinner....found it in the foodnetwork book, didn't see it done on tv. This is a simple, great recipe..basically it's a picata, but it's great with halibut! Another great recipe by Tyler!

This recipe is easy and incredibly flavorful. I definitely recommend it to all. Halibut is a mild fish--so this recipe is a great place to start for people who are not huge fish fans. (You could also substitute any other mild whitefish and make this successfully I think. I am a big fan of Tyler's recipes because they are generally easy to prepare, involve ingredients that are not difficult to find and are always packed with flavor. I will continue to try his dishes.

Flavorful, light and delicious. The sauce is basically a piccata sauce but it pairs very well with the halibut because of the lemon, capers and butter.

I unfortunately cooked the fish a bit too long so it was kind of dry. The flavor of the sauce was great, but the proscuitto made it too salty (and I love salt!. I would make again, but omit the proscuitto.

Very tasty and easy recipe. My children eat it without the caper sauce and they have been asking me to make it more often.
