The ravioli dough is great in flavor but one time i let it sit in the fridge for a week and it turned brownish. So i say mak ethe dough on the day you are going to make pasta

Made this twice in the last couple of days and I just started making my own ravioli for the first time. It is really easy. I made it the first time with my kitchenaid before kneading it and the second time I decided not to dirty up a bowl and made it completely by hand. I prefer making it by hand from the beginning. The kneading is very relaxing. The second time I made only half the recipe because it is just my husband, son and me and the whole recipe was a bit much. Then again, we had some yummy left-overs. 4 min. cooking time was perfect if you want al dente

this pasta dough is amazing! it was quite time consuming to roll it out to the proper thickness but it was so worth it. mine took a little longer than 4 minutes to cook but i will make this again and again. excellent!

I'm an expat living in China so ravioli is not available out here and have resorted to making my own pasta. This recipe is the best pasta dough I have made thus far (trust me I've experienced many pasta dough recipes. Since I don't have a pasta rolling machine or mixer I do this all by hand and this recipe is simple, the dough handles very easy, plus the pasta tastes tender which is great because most doughs I found the pasta is tough; this is not. I think this recipe is very beginner cook-user-friendly as well. Thanks Tyler you've saved my pasta tribulations out here in the far east!
