This has become a staple in our home. However, I substitute a 14 oz can of crushed pineapple with juice instead of playing "roulette" with supermarket pineapple.
Sauce is way too much. But, it does freeze well, so I make the full batch and save myself some work.

I have made these ribs several times for parties and picnics and they are always a hit, it seems I never make enough because the platter is always empty

These did turn out tender and yummy. I think next time I make them, I'll use 1/2 cup soy sauce and 1/2 cup homemade chicken broth. It was a bit too salty for us and I did use the low sodium soy sauce. It is a KEEPER!

I loved these ribs. I did cut down on the soy though. They were crispy and so full of flavor that I served stir fried vegetables with them. Nothing else was needed.
